These Terms apply to philipperemycorp.com and, where indicated, extend to products and services operated under our portfolio, including RamifyTech (ramifytech.com), SwiftVite (swiftvite.app), Kominote Lakay (kominotelakay.com), and Sweet Lakay (sweetlakay.ca). Each portfolio company may maintain its own supplementary terms specific to their product or service.
2. Eligibility

- Not share your account credentials with any third party
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period, with reasonable notice where possible.
5. User-Generated Content
Our applications allow users to submit, post, or display content including but not limited to event listings, business listings, reviews, comments, and profile information (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you:
- Retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in that content
- Grant Philippe-Remy Enterprise Corp. and the applicable portfolio company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service
- Confirm that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights
- Confirm that your User Content is not unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable
We do not endorse any User Content submitted by users and are not responsible for any User Content. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on philipperemycorp.com and within our portfolio company websites and applications — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Philippe-Remy Enterprise Corp. or its respective portfolio companies and is protected by applicable Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from our website or applications without our prior written consent.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use our services as described herein.
